The open concept living room flows effortlessly into the custom gourmet kitchen. Chic white marble counter tops, dark wood cabinets inset with frosted glass, and stainless-steel appliances are complimented by a unique silver rock backsplash. Chef’s appliances include a 6-burner gas stove w/griddle & pot filler, double oven, and microwave. Other kitchen appliances include a coffee grinder, coffee pot, tea pot, hot water kettle, toaster, waffle maker, electric griddle, Ninja chopper, blender, and a slow cooker.
While the interior of Royale is exceptional, the exterior grounds are lush and perfectly maintained with gorgeous views of the mountains in the distance. The large, private pool features submerged bar seating to swim up and enjoy lunch or a cold margarita. As the day wears down from a round of golf, the hot tub invites you to sooth your muscles and enjoy the night air. Elevated just above water level, this large hot tub can seat your guests comfortably. The outdoor cabana kitchen is perfect place to cook dinner al fresco! Light up the gas BBQ and create a beautiful meal with ample counter space, sink, TV, and overhead heaters for those cooler desert nights. As the sun starts to set, gather around the large, gas fire pit with seating for 9. It is the perfect spot to kick back on a desert night and entertain family and friends. The Primary Suite features a King-size bed, HDTV sitting area with sofa bed, clothes hanging rack, and private doors to the pool & spa.The Primary ensuite bathroom has dual vanities, soaking tub and walk in shower.
Suite 2 features a King bed, HDTV, closet and has exterior doors to the courtyard as well as interior doors to the main house. Private, ensuite bath with large, tiled shower.

The detached casita (suite 6) offers a private retreat from the main house. The living room features a couch that pulls out to a sofa bed, wall mounted flatscreen TV and kitchen area with sink, microwave, mini fridge, cupboards, counters, coffeemaker and blender. This guest suite accommodations feature a beautiful king bed, wall mounted HDTV, ceiling fan and double-sided gas fireplace visible from the bedroom or casita living room. There is also large ensuite with glass standing shower.

There is space available for up to 6 cars total between the driveway and garage. Street parking is not permitted.
We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.
If Reservation is canceled outside 60 days of arrival, any Payments made will be forfeited and Guest is released from financial liability on remaining balance owed. Cancellations with less than 60-day notice will result in 100% loss of all payment less any security deposit or damage waiver. Holidays, Special Events and Music Festival reservations are strictly non-refundable.

Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION FOR ANY FESTIVAL BOOKING.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: You agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local ordinances, which includes a “Good Neighbor Policy”. You are advised to keep in mind that vacation rental properties are located in quiet, private neighborhoods. Please respect our neighbors. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances of the City or HOA will be subject to an initial $500 fine followed by a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be issued any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Possible violations include, without limitation, sound amplification outdoors, over occupying parking areas, over occupying rental Property, and failing to follow your Agreement with Manager HOA Rules and Regulations allow for 24-hour quiet enjoyment of homeowner’s Property. While strict quiet hours are enforced between 9:00PM-8:00AM and no outdoor music or noise is permitted during those times, noise violations and fines may be cited at any time of day or night. Parking is not permitted on the streets at any time. There are no parties allowed at this Property. This Agreement and Guest’s reservation is subject to the Governing Documents of the HOA and/or City where the Property is located.
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $400 for both or $200 for either early check in or late check out.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
During the winter, the pools will be heated to 82-84 degrees, the fee is included in the cost of your rental.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
