Serenity is a beautiful vacation rental home with 3,650 sqft of professionally designed interiors, 5-bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in the upscale exclusive gated community of Montage.
Outdoors: Relax in the backyard around the large and private saltwater pool with tanning shelf that is great for working on your tan and the perfect place for smaller children to slash around and play. There is also a raised spa with stack stone waterfall spillway. This vacation home was designed to entertain with its custom gas fire pit, comfortable chaise lounge seating, and built in gas grill with bar and bar stools. Under the covered patio guests can enjoy the large sectional couch dining and TV. Guests can relax poolside in the hammock or challenge friends and family at the putting green. This home sits on a large 1/3-acre interior lot with maximum privacy for outdoor entertaining.
Indoors: Serenity is a purposefully designed vacation home with all of the amenities to make for an amazing getaway with family and friends. The living room has comfortable leather couches, 50-inch HDTV and gas fireplace. Try your luck at a game of pool or challenge your friends to a poker game in the game room. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features slab granite counters, a cooking grotto with 5-burner gas cooktop, refrigerator with water & ice dispenser, dishwasher, garbage disposal, double-oven, microwave, and butler’s pantry. The wet bar adjoins the kitchen and formal dining room with a table that seats 8. The kitchen bar seats 4, and the separate casual kitchen dining table seats 4.
Bedrooms: The grand Master Suite has a Cal King bed and a large walk-in closet. The private bath has dual sinks, an oversize custom tiled shower with rain shower head & a soaking tub with tile surround and steps. French doors lead out to the pool/spa area. Suite 2 has a Cal King bed, flatscreen, en suite bath, private exterior doors and large windows that look out to the enclosed courtyard and allow you a peak at the Santa Rosa Mountains in the distance. Suite 3 has a Cal King bed, flatscreen and en suite bath. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, a bunk bed with 2 Twin beds, flatscreen and with direct access to the yard. Bedroom 5 has two bunk beds, one with 2 Twins, the other with 1 Twin, 1 Full, & a pullout Twin Trundle and flatscreen. Across the hall from bedrooms 4 and 5 is a full bath with combo tub/shower.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety.
Currently, we spend between 12-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender. Certain properties may have specialty appliances such as a crockpot or Keurig coffee maker. Please check the property description for your specific vacation home to confirm.
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $400 for both or $200 for either early check in or late check out.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, during the winter our pools are kept around 75 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $99/night. Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
