This includes a stylish pool house with an exclusive living room, bath, bar, and gym as well. As guests step into the grand entryway of the main property, they’ll find 20-foot ceilings overhead paired up with a refrigerated wine wall to set the savory mood. Passing through the entry, guests will find themselves in the main living room with a plush sofa and accompanying armchairs all topped with sandstone and gray throw pillows. The furnishing set is settled around natural wood coffee tables topped with glass while the focal point of the space is the double-sided fireplace for guests to enjoy. We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.


Check in is after 3PM local time and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $400 for both or $200 for either early check in or late check out.

All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. 

TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. 

Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.

All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee, and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. 

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. 


Yes! The entire property both inside and out is filled with speakers that are setup in different zones so you can enjoy it wherever you are and even have different music playing in different areas. To use, simply download the Sonos app and connect to our Wi-Fi system. You can then control your music from Spotify, Apple Music and more. Due to city regulations though, the outdoor music speakers will not work between the hours of 9PM and 8AM (the indoor ones will though). Please note that bringing your own outdoor speakers is strictly forbidden unless pre-approved by management and could result in a $5000 fine from the city of Thermal. 

Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
