These two side-by-side villas can be rented together with a 50-foot adjoining wall for ease of access to combine the properties into one large estate featuring a total of 15-bedrooms, 9-bathrooms, over 9,000 sqft of interior living space and 2.8 acres of your own desert playground. Alternatively, vacationers can rent individual villas which boast open concept floor plans purposefully designed to accommodate casual weekend getaways, large family retreats, corporate events, weddings or the ultimate music festival experience. Both homes are smartphone automated and feature boutique hotel-style bedrooms with curated art and smart TVs and common areas designed for entertaining.

Set with the majestic backdrop of the La Quinta desert mountains, the Strut Oasis makes for the perfect retreat for some R&R when you’re not racing BMW M cars at the Thermal Race Track on a Saturday afternoon. Imagine relaxing poolside with resort-style amenities such as premium lounge chairs shaded by bohemian-chic umbrellas, fire pits for night time storytelling, outdoor dining designed to share a meal with large groups and unique hammock gardens to rest in the shade of the iconic desert palm trees. If you’re in need of some friendly competition, head down to the sand volleyball court or enjoy some of the other amenities such as corn hole, ping pong, billiards, foosball, basketball and more. The expansive grass fields are also the perfect place for throwing around a football on a sunny afternoon.

There is space available for up to 16 cars total between the two estates. Street parking is not permitted.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 12-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If Reservation is canceled outside 60 days of arrival, any Payments made will be forfeited and Guest is released from financial liability on remaining balance owed. Cancellations with less than 60-day notice will result in 100% loss of all payment less any security deposit or damage waiver. Holidays, Special Events and Music Festival reservations are strictly non-refundable. 
- Holiday Timeframes Include: New Year 's, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Music Festival Timeframes Include: Coachella Weekend 1, Coachella Weekend 2, Stagecoach, Desert Trip Weekend 1, Desert Trip Weekend 2. 
- Special Event Timeframes Include: BNP Paribas, CareerBuilder Challenge

Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION FOR ANY FESTIVAL BOOKING.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: You agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local ordinances, which includes a “Good Neighbor Policy”. You are advised to keep in mind that vacation rental properties are located in quiet, private neighborhoods. Please respect our neighbors. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances of the City or HOA will be subject to an initial $500 fine followed by a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be issued any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Possible violations include, without limitation, sound amplification outdoors, over occupying parking areas, over occupying rental Property, and failing to follow your Agreement with Manager HOA Rules and Regulations allow for 24-hour quiet enjoyment of homeowner’s Property. While strict quiet hours are enforced between 9:00PM-8:00AM and no outdoor music or noise is permitted during those times, noise violations and fines may be cited at any time of day or night. Parking is not permitted on the streets at any time. There are no parties allowed at this Property. This Agreement and Guest’s reservation is subject to the Governing Documents of the HOA and/or City where the Property is located.

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $400 for both or $200 for either early check in or late check out.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. 

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. 

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
During the winter, the pools will be heated to 82-84 degrees, the fee is included in the cost of your rental. 

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. 

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. 

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Full indoor/outdoor Sonos set up at the property.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
