This remarkable estate welcomes guests through a private gated courtyard with a tranquil water feature leading to the custom 9ft glass entry doors. Walk into the open concept great room featuring a modern stacked stone fireplace that reaches from floor to ceiling with a large HDTV, fireplace, elegant design and awe-inspiring mountain views that are highlighted by the indoor/outdoor living space created by the disappearing glass wall. This luxurious desert lifestyle continues as you enter the fully-equipped and remodeled chef’s kitchen. The stainless-steel appliances, double oven and oversized center island offers the perfect space for everyone to help create an amazing meal together, or to gather around socializing while sharing appetizers. There are ample seating options as well between the wrap-around breakfast bar, casual kitchen table and formal dining area with an elegant chandelier seats eight guests.
While the interior of Villa Lago is beautifully appointed, the grounds are perfectly maintained and feature striking views of the purple mountains in the distance. The large, private pool features a raised hot tub and sleek infinity edge overlooking the serene lake. There are plenty of lounge chairs and sofa seating to enjoy the view or share a glass of wine. After another amazing day in the California Desert, grill up some steaks at the built-in BBQ island and enjoy your meal al fresco at the outdoor dining table that seamlessly opens to the main living area of the home.
There are four suites throughout Villa Lago plus a separate media room that can double as a private office space. The Master Suite features a king bed adorned with premium bedding, stone fireplace, and French doors that open directly to the backyard. The ensuite bath is quite lavish, with a soaking tub, double vanity, walk in closet and ample space. The first guest suite features a queen bed, TV and ensuite bath. The second guest suite offers a queen bed, ensuite bath, and direct access to the courtyard.
The detached casita provides a couple with a private retreat of their own. Walk into the open bungalow and you’ll find a king bed, flat screen tv, desk, ensuite bath and kitchenette. There’s also a private outdoor sitting area to read a book or enjoy your morning coffee.

Close by is the Stadium Course Club House with full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It’s a great place for happy hour before you head into town! If you are looking to play golf at PGA West there are three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. Or if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals just minutes down the road hosted at the famous Polo Grounds where you can also enjoy top-ranked polo matches free of charge and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender. Certain properties may have specialty appliances such as a crockpot or Keurig coffee maker. Please check the property description for your specific vacation home to confirm.
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $400 for both or $200 for either early check in or late check out.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, during the winter our pools are kept around 75 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $99/night. Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.

COVID-19 Update: The County of Riverside issued an order that mandates the closure of all short-term rentals, hotels, motels. As such, TRAVLR Vacation Homes will only be accepting reservations if an exception to the order applies to you and or someone in your group:
1. Lodging for persons who have been displaced and cannot return to their residence because there is a person residing at the residence that must isolate or quarantine or is at a higher risk of severe illness
2. Lodging for persons who need to isolate or quarantine
3. Short-term lodging facilities ( (including short-term rentals, vacation rentals, timeshares, hotels, motels, and other short-term lodgings) which are used to house essential workers performing functions that are essential to maintaining the continuity of operations for critical infrastructure.
