There is an oversized sectional sofa, large HDTV, a grand custom-built fireplace, as well as a wet bar equipped with barstools for additional seating, full wine rack and an ice maker. This cozy common area expands into the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a large center island with seating for 6, professional Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and is fully stocked and appointed to meet your culinary needs. There is also a casual dining area with seating for 6 to enjoy your special occasions. This single-story estate boasts 4 impressively large bedrooms and a total of 6 beds, all with their own private en suite baths, hotel-style amenities and premium linens. The Primary Suite is located in a private corridor of the home with two private entrances to the yard - one to the back courtyard and one to the pool & spa with exquisite views of the golf course. The King upholstered sleigh bed is complete with high thread count linens and other Primary Suite amenities include an HDTV and ceiling fan.
The Primary Suite continues to impress with the private primary bath with dual sinks separated by a makeup vanity, and oversized soaking tub at the center of the room. Just behind the soaking tub lies the walk-through shower with two shower heads and a French door on each side to bring the outdoors in. The bathroom is complete with a large walk-in closet and separate commode.
Suite 2 is the attached casita which is conveniently accessible from the main house. This suite features a King bed, HDTV, fireplace, ceiling fan, kitchenette with sink, reach-in closet, and private doors that lead to the front courtyard with stunning south facing mountain views. We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.
Close by is the famous El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta areas with excellent dining and shopping options. If you are looking to play golf, we are minutes from PGA West with three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament.
If you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals just minutes down the road hosted at the famous Polo Grounds where you can also enjoy top-ranked polo matches free of charge and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Yes! To use, simply download the Sonos app and connect to our Wi-Fi system. You can then control your music from Spotify, Apple Music and more. Due to city regulations though, the outdoor music speakers will not work between the hours of 9PM and 8AM. Please note that bringing your own outdoor speakers is strictly forbidden unless pre-approved by management and could result in a $5000 fine from the city.

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at Capella in La Quinta. This gorgeous home had a great Mediterranean vibe with richly appointed furnishings and a kitchen outfitted for a chef. The expansive open rooms and indoor/outdoor layouts accommodated the entertainment needs of 4 couples in town for golf, great weather and the celebration of a birthday. The bedrooms each had their own bathrooms, a plus we all noted. We made daily use of the pool/spa, fire pit and outdoor balcony overlooking the golf course and the Valley. Most importantly, there were plenty of places to gather for food, wine and card games. We look forward to a future return!"

"We had a group of 9 that stayed in this beautiful home in Feb 2024 and everything was as shown in the pictures plus more! The house is layed out nicely that everyone had their own space and privacy along with multiple seating areas inside and outside. The pool and hot tub were clean and very easy to operate. Along with the fire pit, outdoor kitchen, putting green, loungers and sitting areas, spending time outside was great. The house is stocked with all the essentials, but don’t expect left over condiments, lotions, pool toys etc, but after Covid this seems like a smart approach from the hosts. The Sonos sound system is throughout the house and easy to operate on the app. Response from the host was quick and courteous with any questions we had. Looking forward to returning!"

"We loved Jen’s house! Rented the place for a weekend for a friends b day. All she wanted to do was her some sun, relax, and recharge. This was place perfect. Giant property, very private and safe, easy to get to, and fully equipped! She was super responsive and always willing to help. We requested early check in and they made it happen. They also welcomes our service dog without issue. The only issue we had was with the temperature in the master suite (couldn’t figure out which thermostat was the correct one) but wasn’t a huge deal as it was kept pretty cool. All in all, can’t wait to head back and enjoy more sun in the desert!"

"Our stay at Cappella was awesome. We were 2 families, 9 people total. The home was spacious enough to give everyone the privacy they wanted but the common areas, both indoors and outdoors, were great for entertaining. Keeping this home clean and functional would seem like a daunting task, but the property managers do an awesome job. There are a lot of "moving parts" in this house and Travlr obviously runs a tight ship. The house and property were clean. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Communication with Travlr was easy. I would highly recommend this company and specifically this home."

"Perfect size for my teenage twins and their friends. The no music at the pool was unexpected but the kids made due. Loved the master room location because at night when we parents were ready to turn in for the night, the kids stayed in the kitchen/living room and we barely heard them."

"Had a lovely time. Took 5 14 yr olds and there was plenty to keep them busy....never left the property. The only surprise to us was the casita room....we thought it would be upstairs for more privacy but not a problem. The stairs go up to a seating area with a big flat screen....good for some private time. The T.V. system was very tricky but the manager talked us through it by phone which was really helpful. All in all great property and excellent management!"

“This house did not disappoint! Looking at all of the beautiful photos, I was afraid that my expectations might be too high. However, my friends and I fell in love instantly once we walked into the house. Jen is an amazing host, and provided all check-in information and house rules ahead of time. Any time that I had questions while preparing for our trip, Jen was always very responsive and helpful. When we arrived, there was even music already playing on the living rom TV. During our stay, Jen checked in to make sure that we had everything we needed. Everything lived up to our (high) expectations, and we look forward to the day when we can stay here again!”

We have used rental properties almost exclusively for our visits and have to say this is by far the best to date. TRAVLR staff was exceptional in their communication and making sure we had what we needed (which was nothing but information on how to get in). House was immaculate and better than the pictures, if that is possible. The process was easy, reliable and as promised. We dealt with Taylor and they made sure we had all of the info we needed and they also checked in during our stay to make sure we were doing well. I would not hesitate to use TRAVLR again and will be coming back. I will likely try their other properties for our next vacation.

The home is beautiful and everything works. The hosts help with anything within minutes. I would highly highly recommend this for two families that want a very nice home. Put put golf ping pong and pool table. As well as hot tub and pool. Make this home so much fun for kids. We had 3 ten year olds and one 8 year old. Stayed for two weeks and didn’t want to leave

"We rented the house for July 4th and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for our family of 10, and the features of the house were awesome. We spent most of the weekend in the amazing pool (given the Palm Springs heat), BBQing and playing pool. Jen was super responsive as well, and a great host. Would definitely recommend if you're planning a trip to the desert!"

"This La Quinta property is just like the listing shows. The home is gorgeous with beautiful furnishings. Each room is private with own bathrooms. The resort is quiet and clean. Easy walking access to the club house. Grocery and shopping centres are a quick drive away. Jen and Kamila were quick to respond with questions before and during our stay. "Jen was an absolute 5 star host. She was extremely responsive to any communication and made sure that everything was in order before, during, and after our stay. The house was beautiful. We have stayed at many house rentals in the past and this house was by far the best and well maintained place we have ever stayed (everything worked!). Our family walked into a extremely meticulously clean and maintained residence. There were too many details that set this place apart (i.e. fully stocked kitchen (top notch appliances etc.), amazing TV's in every room, beds and bedding was fantastic, outdoor BBQ was super clean and functional, and everything worked (Jacuzzi, TV's, thermostats, fire pit). We spent the entire weekend outside with the family in the pool or in the many hang out common areas; a great house for outdoor entertainment all day and night. The only thing of note is the distance to any local restaurants and shopping; Albeit not far it is about a 15 minute drive to any local areas of entertainment. Great house and host; would recommend to anyone!"

"I wanted to get away and bring my family along for a peaceful trip away from our every day routine. We celebrated my daughter graduating from High School and I'm so glad I chose this house in La Quinta. The house is breath taking with an amazing view all around. The house was very spacious, it was 12 of us and we still had plenty of room. Jen and Kamila were just a text or phone call away. They were quick to respond and not once did they make me feel like I was bugging them with any of my questions. Check in and check out was real easy. I can't wait to come back."

"Amazing! We had high expectations based on the beautiful pictures, and we were not disappointed. From the moment we checked in (Jen from Travlr) it was smooth sailing and effortless. As soon as you walk in the place you feel like you are on vacation. It is decorated beautifully and everything is very modern. There were so many places to hang out, we would rotate every hour and go sit in a different area. As an added bonus, one of our friends plays the piano so the late night sing-alongs will be great memories. At night, the place lights up so well it felt like we were at a high end restaurant. We would definitely recommend this place. Your expectations will be exceeded."

"I dont know where to start....loved this house! The layout was perfect, with all 4 couples having their own spacious bed and bath, and no one getting in each others way. Everything was so nice and updated... felt like we were staying in a fabulous resort villa with great linens and amenities. Kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary appliances and gadgets for great home cooked meals (we ordered all our food in advance from Amazon Fresh so it was waiting in cooler bags when we arrived!). Backyard is gorgeous, and we pretty much just relaxed by the pool all day then cooked at night (no reason to leave). All the TVs are large and state of the art (even a huge TV outside by the dining table). Loved the putting green too... we will definitely be returning!! Jen was also awesome to work with...made it so easy. Thank you:):)"

"I love this house! We had stayed here once before and it was somehow even nicer this time. We decided very last minute (same day!) to go out during the week as it looked like on liine that the house was open. Jen made it happen right away. Place was immaculate and so relaxing.... the perfect last minute get away. Great decor, great linens (most comfortable bed ever), great amenities, clean, peaceful.
