This cozy common area expands into the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a large center island with seating for 6, professional Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and is fully stocked and appointed to meet your culinary needs. There is also a casual dining area with seating for 6 to enjoy your special occasions. Additional al fresco dining is offered in the private courtyard with seating for 10 and can be conveniently accessed through the French doors located just off the kitchen. 

Step out into the scenic backyard of Cappella to find resort-style amenities such as the oversized pool with raised spa and tranquil spillway. This single-story estate boasts 4 impressively large bedrooms and a total of 6 beds, all with their own private en suite baths, hotel-style amenities and premium linens. The Primary Suite is located in a private corridor of the home with two private entrances to the yard - one to the back courtyard and one to the pool & spa with exquisite views of the golf course. The King upholstered sleigh bed is complete with high thread count linens and other Primary Suite amenities include an HDTV and ceiling fan.

The Primary Suite continues to impress with the private primary bath with dual sinks separated by a makeup vanity, and oversized soaking tub at the center of the room. Just behind the soaking tub lies the walk-through shower with two shower heads and a French door on each side to bring the outdoors in. The bathroom is complete with a large walk-in closet and separate commode. 
Suite 2 is the attached casita which is conveniently accessible from the main house. This suite features a King bed, HDTV, fireplace, ceiling fan, kitchenette with sink, reach-in closet, and private doors that lead to the front courtyard with stunning south facing mountain views. We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

Close by is the famous El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta areas with excellent dining and shopping options. If you are looking to play golf, we are minutes from PGA West with three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. 

If you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals just minutes down the road hosted at the famous Polo Grounds where you can also enjoy top-ranked polo matches free of charge and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $400 for both or $200 for either early check in or late check out.

All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. 

TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. 

Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.

All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. 

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. 

TRAVLR Vacation Homes does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time (day or night), including, but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV’s. This includes any amplified sound indoors that can be heard outside. City fines start at $1,000 and are strictly enforced.

Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
