Casa del Sol is a completely renovated and purposefully designed vacation home ready for you to arrive and relax! From the sparkling blue saltwater pool and spa, to the outdoor fire pit and al fresco dining, to the 5-guest bedroom suites, Casa del Sol really has it all to create the perfect desert getaway.


The great room features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, gas range, an expansive dining table for everyone to sit and gather, a wet bar and comfortable sectional sofa to enjoy the large smart TV. It’s a great gathering space for the whole crew. There is also an adjacent powder room for visiting guests.

In the private courtyard you’ll enjoy the outdoor dining table with seating for 12, BBQ grill, chaise lounge chairs, elevated spa, views of the Mountains and of course, the sparkling blue saltwater pool. Just around the corner is an outdoor fire pit and ping pong table overlooking the 14 green of the Nicklaus Tournament Course.

All five bedrooms have HDTVs, most with private en suite bathrooms, were designed for maximum privacy with separation between each bedroom. The primary bedroom has a comfortable cal king size bed, walk-in closet, sitting area, views of the Mountains, views/direct access to the back deck and a bathroom with dual vanities and step-in shower.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the detached casita with kitchenette and sitting area.

There is space available for up to 5 cars total between the driveway and garage. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles not permitted.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

All TRAVLR Vacation Homes guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

Close by is the Stadium Course Club House with full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It’s a great place for happy hour before you head into town! If you are looking to play golf at PGA West there are three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. 

LOCATION 
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $400 for both or $200 for either early check in or late check out.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. 

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. 

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. 

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. 

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time (day or night), including, but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV’s. This includes any amplified sound indoors that can be heard outside. City fines start at $1,000 and are strictly enforced.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
