Every room, every detail, curated by Emmy Award-winning television host and designer Bobby Berk. 10 en-suite bedrooms across a main house and two casitas. A resort-size pool and spa, a dedicated spa building with a hydrotherapy tub, massage tables and salon. Designed to bring a whole group together and still let each person disappear when they need to. Casa Mallorca is the larger estate in Berk’s Camena Collective: a stone home and lush Mediterranean landscape on a private estate in Palm Desert, with every room named for a town or city across the island of Mallorca. 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, sleeps 24 overnight, and enough space that a full team or family never feels crowded.
What makes it different
The design. Every room was put together thoughtfully, from the furniture down to the artwork and the small ceramic details. The house reads like an estate on Mallorca itself, with stone, texture, and greenery layered throughout.
The wellness. A dedicated spa building with hydrotherapy, massage tables and salon where treatments are held. Resort-size pool and spa. Dry sauna and cold plunge for recovery. A movement and activities studio, yoga lawns, and hammock gardens for the moments in between.
The amenities. Private pickleball and bocce courts. Fire pit. Herb garden. Indoor dining for 30 and courtyard dining for 60, so the whole group can sit down together every night. Luxurious extras like Quince Robes and Flamingo Estates products.
The location. 5 minutes to El Paseo for shopping and dinner. 15 minutes to Indian Wells. 30 minutes to the Empire Polo Fields for Coachella and Stagecoach. 40 minutes to Palm Springs and PSP airport. Just under an hour to Joshua Tree National Park.
The privacy. Every booking is the full estate, never shared, never interrupted. The door closes behind you and the property becomes yours. THE SPA
When not in use for treatments, the Spa converts to an additional bedroom with 2 rollaway Twins or King and a full bathroom. (request must be made at time of booking)
Bed Summary: 5 Kings, 2 Queens, 4 Twins, 2 Full-size bunk beds, plus 2 Twins rollaway beds in the Spa (must be requested in advance). 17 total beds.
Driveway parks up to 5 vehicles (On-site EV charging is available for an additional fee). Street parking is permitted on the west side of the property line. Oversized vehicles are not permitted.
Self check-in via smartlock. Access codes and arrival info are emailed 5 days before your stay. The full property is yours, including all 10 bedrooms, both casitas, the spa building, pool, sauna, cold plunge, pickleball and bocce courts, gym and rec building, movement studio, lawns, gardens, and all outdoor spaces.
Around the area
If you are looking to play golf, we are minutes from PGA West with three public courses to choose from: the TPC Stadium, the Greg Norman, and the Jack Nicklaus Tournament. Enjoy world-class events like The American Express (formerly the Bob Hope Classic). If you enjoy tennis, the BNP Paribas Open is held minutes away at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in early to mid-March, with over 300 of the top-rated players in the world. In April come the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals at the famous Empire Polo Fields, where you can also catch top-ranked polo matches free of charge and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT
Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes available, message us to ask.
EVENTS
Casa Mallorca can host events of up to 150 guests with prior written approval from TRAVLR Vacation Homes. Additional event fees will apply. Unauthorized events are strictly prohibited and may result in fines and/or immediate removal from the property.
CLEANING
A departure clean is included with every stay. Mid-stay cleans are available for an additional fee.
POOL HEATING
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.
SPA, SAUNA, AND COLD PLUNGE
The sauna and cold plunge are available for guest use throughout your stay. Brief operating instructions are posted on site. [Spa treatments can be booked in advance, message us for details.]
PETS
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
MUSIC
The property has zoned indoor and outdoor speakers. Connect your Spotify or Apple Music through the Sonos app on the house Wi-Fi. Per Palm Desert ordinance, outdoor speakers are silenced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Indoor speakers play any time. Personal outdoor speakers are not permitted and trigger a $5,000 city fine.

Full kitchen with appliances, dishware, glasses, utensils, spice rack, salt, and pepper. Starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. Bath, hand, and pool towels for max occupancy. Hair dryer, steamer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom. Washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
