Hacienda Santa Rosa
It doesn’t get much more charming than the exclusive 1.4 acre desert estate that is Hacienda Santa Rosa. This Spanish Colonial-style is located in Rancho Mirage and will transport you with its elegant architecture and thoughtful detail. It’s perfect for a relaxed holiday with family or a stylish home base for exploring the desert cities with friends.
Tucked behind walls for a secluded retreat, the estate boasts a swimming pool and hot tub, separate lap pool, al-fresco lounging and dining areas, an outdoor wet bar, a barbecue area, ping pong, Petanque court (French bocce ball court) and a regulation-size tennis court where you can imagine yourself playing amongst the pros at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. There is even a large jungle gym and playhouse for the kids! Spend evenings around the fire pit or inside by the wet bar, pool table, TV and speedy Wi-Fi.
Rich in vibrant tile, carved wood details and refined furnishings, Hacienda Santa Rosa evokes a sense of traditional southern California luxury. Several living rooms give you the choice of multiple places to have a conversation or watch TV, while the grand dining table is perfect for getting everyone together. The fully remodeled kitchen is thoughtfully equipped and inviting, with a generous center island.
There are eight bedrooms at this expansive vacation villa. Seven of these main-house guest rooms have cal king beds and the eighth bedroom is furnished with two twin bunk beds; three have en-suite bathrooms and two share a hall bathroom.
Hacienda Santa Rosa is located in an exclusive Rancho Mirage neighborhood known for being a favorite with celebrities. From here, you are nearby the hottest spots in Palm Desert and North Palm Springs. Less than a 5-minute drive to shopping, dining and entertainment.
In addition to the house rules listed by TRAVLR Vacation Homes, the City of Rancho Mirage has specific Short-Term Rental Rules that must be abided by:
- Maximum occupancy is not to exceed 16 guests at all times
- A “responsible person” who is at least 30 years-old shall personally occupy the property
- Outdoor music or amplified sound of any kind is not permitted at the property at any time of day or night.
Currently, we spend between 12-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable and/or Smart TVs as well as high speed WiFi. Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender. Certain properties may have specialty appliances such as a crockpot or Keurig coffee maker. Please check the property description for your specific vacation home to confirm.
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $400 for both or $200 for either early check in or late check out.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $198/night. Please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
