Legends is a purposefully designed vacation villa that has been completely remodeled with no expense spared to create the ultimate desert getaway experience. The great room is furnished with comfortable seating and not one, but two large flat screen TVs to enjoy. The large, chef’s kitchen features granite countertops, a coffee bar, large refrigerator, double oven, oversized island and spectacular views of the pool and yard with an entrance to the outdoor entertaining area. Gather at the breakfast bar or dining nook for a casual meal or formal dining table for special occasions.
Located just off the main living area, your guests can venture outdoors to experience amazing sunsets, mountain and golf course views from the covered patio featuring 5 separate seating areas, large fireplace, ping pong, custom BBQ island and the Salt Water Pebble Tech Pool and Spa. The spectacular grounds and outdoor entertaining areas are the highlight of the Legends Villa. Take a refreshing plunge in your private outdoor saltwater pool and then indulge in a relaxing soak in the private hot tub. The palm trees and mister system will keep you cool on the hot desert days. In the evening, fire up the grill and dine al fresco by the pool with seating for 10. Then relax around the outdoor fireplace and gaze up at the stars while the fire crackles in the background.
Getting a restful night’s sleep will be easy in the Legend’s guest suites. This single-story villa boasts 5 large bedrooms and a total of 6 beds, hotel-style amenities and premium linens. There are en suite bathrooms in 4 of the 5 bedrooms.
The Primary suite features a plush king bed, sitting area and en suite bath. There is a private entrance to the pool & spa with impressive views of the golf course. The King bed is complete with high thread count linens and other amenities include an HDTV and ceiling fan. The bathroom is complete with a large walk-in closet and separate commode.
Guest Bedroom 2 features a King bed, HDTV, reach-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with sink and walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom 3 is spacious with a King bed, HDTV, reach-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with sink and walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom 4 features two Queen beds, HDTV and ceiling fan with access to half bath

There is space available for up to 5 cars total between the driveway and garage. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles not permitted.
We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.
Close by is the Stadium Course Club House with full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It’s a great place for happy hour before you head into town! If you are looking to play golf at PGA West there are three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament.

Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time (day or night), including, but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV’s. This includes any amplified sound indoors that can be heard outside. City fines start at $1,000 and are strictly enforced.

We spent most of our time in the pool and playing pool, and our kids had the best time. The location was perfect, close to golf and super convenient for Coachella. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they even accommodated a last-minute late checkout, which we really appreciated. I've booked through management companies before and often felt nickeled and dimed, but this company was the complete opposite, friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great stay. "Stayed in late Sept./early Oct. with friends (four couples) for a golf and relaxation get away. The house accommodated our group well. We appreciated having king beds in 4 of the rooms. The master was HUGE. The other three en-suite bedrooms were nice size, bathrooms were small, but adequate. We enjoyed the common areas, well appointed kitchen, bar, pool table (which we used quite a bit) and also made use of the nice yard, pool, Jacuzzi, ping pong table and fire place/bowls. The golf courses we chose to play and restaurants in old town La Quinta were relatively close. El Paseo was a little further away, but do-able. The house manager was very responsive and took care of our needs in a timely manner. Over all as advertised and a great home to rent in Palm Desert."

It was well built, well designed and well maintained. Very clean and great energy throughout the house. The layout was great for entertaining all our families. There was a very handy instructional book available so any questions I had were answered there. Pool was great and and instructions were self explanatory unlike some homes where you have to call to contact the host to make adjustments. Home looks just just as pictured. Was very quiet & private. We used food and grocery delivery services and had no issues with security at gate. I did have to describe my car that was in the driveway for deliveries as the address number was covered by a bougainvillea bush and a bit hard to find but that wasn’t much of an issue. Everything over all was pretty easy breezy. We would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful home with a great pool. With August heat we could enjoy the pool in the evening and were able to see a shooting star. Pool was quite warm and I recommend not to get heated pool option if there in 100 degree weather. Note that pool lights are turned off at 11pm. They kept tuning off every hour starting at 9:30pm the first couple night and we had to keep contacting the host - they were responsive most of the time. I recommend proactively asking that they keep lights on between the hours you plan to use pool in the evening. Accommodations were great - beds were comfy and home was comfortable with AC. We were thankful for the board games as we were traveling with young kids. We also really enjoyed the awesome pool table near the living room. "This was hands down the best Vrbo we have ever stayed at. The property was exactly as described and incredibly clean. The location was beautiful and serene on the golf course. Plenty to do between the pool, ping pong table and billiards table. The house was located in a beautiful community which was perfect for our morning runs. The manager, Jen and her team were very responsive to any questions that we had and they even offered a service where they received our instacart order and put it away for us before our arrival. I look forward to staying at this property again!"

"The pictures do not do it justice how beautiful, spacious and well put together everything is! The space was incredible to host a family girls trip. The master is large enough that we had three masseuses doing in house massages and two of which done at the same time in the master bedroom. Contacting the property management was so easy and efficient! We absolutely look forward to staying again! The only thing I would mention is that we didn’t know about no outdoor music. Understandable since you’re on a gold course but we were bit confused since quiet hours said 9pm-8am so we thought that was it. We made it work though and loved every minute of staying here!"

"I rented this home for an annual family get-together. We have 10 people and need a lot of space and a lot of beds. This place did the trick. Is is a nice, big property, with plenty of bedrooms and places to hang out inside and out. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable, and the air conditioning works very well. The backyard is really great -- with multiple seating areas, lounge chairs, a BBQ, and ping pong table. It also has misters which help cool down the area on hot days. I also really appreciated the excellent communication with the property managers. It was a very easy check in and check out, and they responded to my texts immediately. I will definitely return to this property in the future."

I have done a few VRBO's and this one had thought of all the things that make your stay there more special. So easy to move in and feel like you are at home but better. "Legends has the “wow factor!” That’s what everyone in our group said when we walked in. Plenty of room for our party of 11. Lots of seating. The kitchen is very well equipped. Good pots and pans and lots of utensils. Grill spatula included. We only ate out once. Our only wish was for an air fryer. The pool and whirlpool are amazing! Lots of pool towels available. The lounge chairs are comfortable with pads instead of plastic slats. Plenty of outdoor seating, too. We loved the fire pots. The master suite is spectacular! It’s so spacious. Everyone loved the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The bath towels were soft and fluffy. The sheets were so soft and comfortable and the comforter was just right. We hope to visit again next year."

"This 5 bedroom home is in perfect condition and has all of the amenities one would hope for: pool, spa, cooling misters, comfortable beds with lovely linens, adequate kitchen supplies and easy entrance with a type-in code. The house is bright and light and the furnishings are beautiful. However, next time we will get more specific directions for turning on the TV, the system is way too complicated. We also had trouble figuring out how to turn the heat and AC on. We have always stayed in Palm Desert and found that LaQuinta is a very long drive (30-50 min) to PSP airport, El Paseo shopping, Indian Wells tennis, and restaurants in Palm Desert, etc. Next year we will rent the same house but will re-orient ourselves to LaQuinta restaurants and golf courses and that should cut back on the driving."

"This is a beautiful, well maintained house that is thoughtfully laid out for every sort of situation. Communication was easy and prompt and polite. There was some outside noise even though it had specified NO outside music, because it happened to be an event nearby, which would have been nice to be notified. I enjoy quiet stays for work and rest. Everything I needed was provided and I especially loved the efficient hot tub and jets! Beautiful and tranquil, but the golfers do come close up to the pool area during the day."

The ping-pong and pool tables were much used and really a nice addition and the yard was amazing with all the places to sit and a pool big enough for lots of Marco-polo games. "I would HIGHLY recommend using Jen's La Quinta - Legends Home and any other listing they may provide. We had an amazing time! Everything was perfect! The house was beautiful and the amenities were spectacular. Everything was super clean - the bedrooms, the bathrooms, all of the dishes, and even the grill (I know sometimes gets missed). We always had something to do while we were at the house, whether it was spending time by the pool, playing table tennis/billiards, or sitting around and chatting in the common areas. There was plenty of space for our group of 12 to spread out and relax. The pool had a separate area with jets; there were misters in the back which helped tremendously during the hotter times during the day. Jen's service, communication, and attention to detail are top notch. One of my family members somehow forgot their phone and Jen was able to mail it back to us. I just need to note that the gated community has some rules - including not allowing music to be played outside by the pool. But alas, the home owner cannot change that. Regardless, this location is totally worth it. You will not regret it."

"This is the 4th year we have rented a home on PGA West for an annual friends/couples/golf trip. This house was the best one yet! The layout of the house is really what makes it perfect - the action revolves around the pool table and bar area with mounted TV, which opens directly to the living room/couch area and then the kitchen. So everyone feels involved even if cooking. The bedrooms all feel separate and most have a dedicated bathroom. The pool and yard are big and perfect as well. Spa was very easy to operate, BBQ worked great. Management sends a text message upon check in to make sure everything is smooth and the house is ready. Truly a perfect house and experience, 10/10 would recommend."

“Our stay at the Legends Property was top notch. The space was perfect for our golf vacation and relaxing in the pool/hot tub after a round each day was a treat. The beds and linens were so comfortable to retire to each night. We made use of just about every amenity the property had to offer including the fire features and pool and ping pong tables. Anytime we had a question, I could call and be speaking with someone almost immediately. I called about an issue with the bbq grill before we started a round of golf and I received a call that a handyman had come over and it was fixed before we made the turn. Would absolutely recommend this property to others and will look to stay here again ourselves next year.”

Everything was high quality, the beds were very comfortable and the place was fitted with everything you needed. We were there for Christmas and the kitchen had everything and more needed to cook a full Christmas dinner for 7 people. We traveled as 2 families with a total of 3 children and the place was perfect to accommodate us all and still felt extremely spacious. We had a wonderful stay and would defiantly recommend this place.”

"This home is the epitome of a luxurious yet family friendly vacation home in the desert. It is worth every penny that you will pay for it and believe me, I always want a deal. The layout of the home and the decor was beyond tasteful. They did not miss a beat stocking their kitchen with everything to host a beautiful dinner party (and have every tool for you or your chef) , dressing their beds with the best linens, having water misters by the lounging area and providing a perfect setting for barbecuing under an olive tree or playing ping pong, horse shoes or pool. I don’t remember how many TVs they had but if you’re a sports nut like my husband, you will understand that and appreciate it. If you need a respite or write for a living, the master bedroom will suit you just fine while your family is partying like rock stars. Anyway you look at this home, you will feel very special and I can only hope that your memory is half as good as ours. Gerry"

This is not your ordinary rental property...I really can’t express enough how beautiful and luxurious this home was! From lounging in front of the pool misters on the most comfortable chaise lounges ever, to dining al fresco at the gorgeously appointed outdoor area, to playing pool in the meticulously decorated grand room, my whole family was truly in heaven. The options for outdoor seating alone blew me away! Not to mention, the horse shoe pit, ping pong table, and outdoor fireplace! I never wanted to leave! My husband also commented on how spacious everything was - we had a group of 8 adults and 6 kids (plus two more adults for dinner) and never felt crowded at all. You can tell that the owners went the extra mile to make sure everything was not only beautifully decorated, but also warm and homey. We cooked during our stay and were so pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked compared to other properties we’ve rented. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I can’t wait to go back!!
