For added convenience, this home also features a private washer and dryer. A spacious driveway provides room for up to 4 cars, giving you the freedom to explore the surrounding desert, including Joshua Tree, located less than an hour away. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles not permitted.
We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.
Close by is the famous El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta areas with excellent dining and shopping options. If you are looking to play golf, we are minutes from PGA West with three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament.
Enjoy some of the many world-class events like the Humana Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic). Or if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held early to mid-March, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals just minutes down the road hosted at the famous Polo Grounds where you can also enjoy top-ranked polo matches free of charge and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time!

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Yes! The entire property both inside and out is filled with speakers that are setup in different zones so you can enjoy it wherever you are and even have different music playing in different areas. To use, simply download the Sonos app and connect to our Wi-Fi system. You can then control your music from Spotify, Apple Music and more. Due to city regulations though, the outdoor music speakers will not work between the hours of 9PM and 8AM (the indoor ones will though). Please note that bringing your own outdoor speakers is strictly forbidden unless pre-approved by management and could result in a $5000 fine from the city of Palm Desert.

"We arrived with 3 other couples and my Mother in law. This place is fantastic. It’s in a quiet location but within 10 mins of all the major stores and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed playing some early pickle ball and ping pong. Hanging out at the pool was our afternoon thing to do. There’s plenty of sun beds and shade. We BBQd every evening. The fire pit was big enough for all 9 people to sit around. They have hammocks that are so relaxing to hang out in and chill. The AC works really well. The place was clean and well stocked. I’d certainly recommend this place to anyone. It’s definitely a place that we’ll be going back too in the very near future. The host was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our visit. To be honest I don’t think was asked any questions while we were there. Everything was so perfect.

"Beautiful property for a birthday weekend with friends. The interior was amazing, the pool was perfect for cooling off, and the outdoor dining area was a highlight. The host was also easy to communicate with. The only unexpected downside was a fence around the pool that obstructed the views and was not shown in the listing photos, which we understand may be there for legal reasons or because kids stay there, but we do wish it had been shown in the pictures. Other than that, everything matched the pictures and we had a great stay!"

Not much wasn’t already explained via email, app, text or in the nicely laid out guide booklet on the kitchen counter. The home and the surroundings are amazing! So very private, quiet and relaxing and dog friendly which is a requirement for us! Just what we needed for a weekend away! The most amazing feature to us was the salt water pool.. WOW! So beautiful and clean. Oh and the lights around the property provide the PERFECT ambiance! Simply stunning views!!! The home is serviced consistently and it shows. The grounds are amazing! "The house was beyond amazing! There is so much thought put into this design. You feel like it is straight out of a magazine because it LITERALLY IS (magazine on the kitchen counter)!! I fell in love with every corner of this location. Breathtaking views and everything we needed was available! Will definitely stay again!"

"The amazing photographs of The Perch are an accurate depiction of this amazing property! The outdoor areas have so much to offer: dining, swimming, hot tub, pickle ball, hammocks, ping pong, star gazing, fire pit and the landscaping is beautiful and inviting. The dome itself is an incredible structure and is quite spacious with 4 bedrooms and a large gourmet kitchen. The design and decor are amazing, with soothing colors. The location of The Perch is great- private with great views, yet close to downtown, hiking & shops. Our stay felt like we had our own private resort!! Can’t wait to go back!!"

"We had such an incredible time at perch. The design of the home both interior and exterior were absolutely breathtaking. The outdoor space was perfect for entertaining, bbq and hanging by the pool. The mountain view from the home was so stunning and made the place feel so remote. The place was impeccably clean and had every amenity we could need. I can't recommend this place enough. Perfect for families or even an adult getaway with friends. I could sit outside by the pool all day long!"

"Such a beautiful oasis! Truly a place you can relax and have fun with friends or family. The design elements and decor were all top of the line and beautiful, felt like we were at a mini resort. Close to El Paseo and a short drive to many other spots in the valley. Grateful for the responsiveness of the hosts whenever we had questions :) Hope to stay here again some day! It truly felt like our own private resort. The hammocks and pickleball court added a fun and relaxing touch to our stay, and the pool was clean and large. "First impression: WOW! We are so happy we made last minute plans for a trip to the desert. Thankfully, this amazing new property just came to market – seemingly just for us! It was a perfect coincidence. Honestly, I thought the home would be a little snug, but I was so wrong!! The bright and airy indoor space flows harmoniously to the stunning outdoor space. Beyond the luxurious amenities is a landscape you cannot appreciate without seeing it yourself. We loved dining with the sunset, laughing in the hot tub, and drying under the stars by the fire pit with a nightcap in hand. Our brief, but relaxing trip was nothing short of magical!"

“Pulling up to Perch was an adventure in itself! I arrived to music playing throughout the property creating such a fun and welcoming ambiance, plus the views as you pull in are truly unbelievable! They thought of everything to make this property an amazing experience. There is a pickleball court with a few hammocks to lounge while you watch that my group loved. I personally took full advantage of the pool and spa, especially lit up at night. Sipping on a glass of wine with the music playing and taking in the views was so peaceful, I could’ve slept there. I even woke myself up early to catch the killer sunrise right outside the front door. Every inch of the property has something to explore and a different view to enjoy. The home itself is so clean with gorgeous furnishings! The kitchen was a dream to cook in and had every tool I needed available. The beds were comfortable, and the yoga loft was a great place to sneak off for some quiet time. I’m still dreaming of my stay and can’t wait to go back!”
