Skyview is located within the City of Palm Springs, which actively enforces vacation rental regulations related to noise, occupancy, and parking. Please note that outdoor amplified music, including the use of outdoor speakers, is strictly prohibited at all times.
Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable city ordinances throughout their stay. Violations may result in substantial fines, beginning at $1,000, and any fines incurred will be the responsibility of the guest. If incurred, violations will result in immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.

North Palm Springs is one of the hottest, fastest developing areas within the Coachella Valley. Our neighborhood, Racquet Club West, once the hottest Hollywood spot in Palm Springs with residents and regulars like Marilyn Monroe, Jane Wyman, Kirk Douglas and Elizabeth Taylor, is now seeing a major renaissance and has the only estate sized properties. Within approximately one mile of the estate are some of the newest and iconic spots in Palm Springs like Riviera Hotel and Spa, Arrive Hotel, Reservoir, Draughtsman, Sandfish Sushi and Whiskey and The Tova Hotel.
We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? City of Palm Springs does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time (day or night), including, but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV’s. This includes any amplified sound indoors that can be heard outside. City fines start at $1,000 and are strictly enforced.

"This was one of the best Father's Day weekend family get-togethers we have ever had. Your house was beautiful and perfect in every way. The back yard Paradise is where we spent most of our time. Palm Springs weather was very kind to us but there was plenty of shade on the pool and spa and in the outside patio area. We enjoyed the bar b cue and the amazing big kitchen and family area. Ken and Paige were very quick to respond to our questions and very kind and accommodating. The Master bedroom and bath were outstanding. We will surely be back with our family to enjoy all that this house and surrounding area have to offer. We did happen along the amazing street fair in Palm Springs on Thursday night. Lots of music - booths and food."

"The property is just as described. We stayed as 2 families and felt like we each had ample privacy, space, and shared spaces to enjoy. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet (no paper thin walls like other places we've been to) with room to breathe. Set in a quiet corner of PS, the location was stunning. Your vantage point over the pool with the San Jacinto Mountains as the backdrop was really special. Outdoor seating / dining areas and the BBQ were perfect for nighttime dinners or lounging during the day. Palm Springs' downtown is just a few minutes away (you could walk but it'd be a bit of a trek; we drove as we had kids in tow) and high desert / Joshua Tree is easily accessible with the home being a bit farther North; which was a plus. Pool and spa were lovely. Kitchen had great appliances and was a perfect space to gather throughout the day. Living room and game room kept the kids entertained and us comfortable. Great space and will be bookmarking it for the future."

"We had a group of seven and had an amazing time at Jen’s place! The pool and hot tub were fantastic—the hot tub heats up in just 30 minutes and gets very hot, unlike other places we’ve stayed. The layout is beautiful, and the high-end quality of the home is immediately noticeable. We loved all the space and never felt cramped. We didn’t want to leave, and we’d absolutely stay here again. "We had a great time at this house with our friends and family in attendance. The house was very well equipped and we didn't want for anything while we were there. The air hockey and game room was a big hit for the kids. The bocce ball court also got a lot of use. For those with with smaller kids, the pool has a "beach" section that's about a foot deep, but the rest of the pool is 5' deep, so my 8 year old couldn't touch the bottom. Not a negative point, especially since my daughter is a good swimmer, but good for people to know in case you want to bring floaties or a vest for swimming kiddos. We can't wait to come back!"

The pictures honestly don’t do the home justice in person, and the pictures are pretty awesome to begin with. But the home has a little bit of everything for everyone and even though it’s technically in a neighborhood (I think), it feels like a private luxury retreat. I also can’t really do our stay justice with the limited time I have for this review and my inability to write the most descriptive way. But I’ll leave it at, definitely book this if it’s available. You won’t regret it."

"PROS: - we cooked every meal in our long weekend and they included everything! Multiple baking dishes, baking sheets, appliances and cooking utensils. - huge space that gives plenty of space for your party to hang together but also find alone time to relax - huge property and games, something for everything - two fridges and a pantry fit 4-days worth of meals - quick and super friendly communication with the property managers - very comfy beds and couches and seating - beautiful view of the mountains - plenty of dish soap and laundry soap for the long weekend CONS: - we didn’t have access to the inside overhead speakers and can only connect to their Bluetooth tv speaker by downloading an app - the tv outside doesn’t work (yes there’s a noise ordinance but just having a tv doesn’t mean we’ll misuse it)"

"Our family (8 adults and a toddler) got together at SkyView to celebrate a milestone birthday. The home was very spacious, with tons of seating for meals, as well as plenty of sitting areas for games and conversation. The game room/exercise area is a dream (especially because the weather was chilly and gray) with so many options for our group—-competitive adults who wanted to schedule events for a family “Olympics”! When we did have a couple of minor issues during our stay (with a garbage disposal and heating the spa) Jen responded within minutes. The next time we visit the area, I will definitely look at TRAVLR properties from the start!"
