We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.

"This home provided an excellent location for over a month of family activities. While it truly will sleep 14 people comfortably - we never had more than 7 and most of the time 3-4 people. This worked out great as there are three rooms (including casita) with en suite bathrooms and then a Jack & Jill that was never shared so all adult couples had their own bathrooms. We really loved the pool/yard and also the great room for movies. The yard is beautiful and full of citrus trees and roses. The neighborhood is lovely and it is a short drive to anything you may want or need. Jen and the support team were fabulous with the couple of minor things that came up during our stay. The game room in the garage also was fun and the dining table was perfect for board games. We also loved that it is a blessedly quiet location. Door Dash found us easily and for Amazon deliveries we became acquainted with a drop box location that worked great. It is a great home for gathering in the desert."

"Jen's place, the Lawrence Estate in Indio, CA is a beautiful home. my family used it to be close the Coachella Festival, hopefully in "walking distance" from the event.- (Of NO FAULT of the host, or house, that option really isn't possible from MOST, if not all, of the gated communities surrounding the Polo grounds, simply by way the Event sets itself up..) Anyway, back to the house--the house was a PERFECT place to chill out when not at the shows. Super clean, super 'homey' and comfortable, even for 7-8+ people all together. lots of different spaces to be depending on your mood, instead of only the living room or kitchen. The garage is set up as the Game Room, the large open yard has a nice sized pool and spa, with a covered area with a helpful misting system to help cool off outside even when its crazy hot outside). As for PRICE during the Coachella event- the Market sets the price....by all means, it's costly, but for ANY 5-star house this nice/close- you're going to pay$$$"

"This property was absolutely magical. We stayed 2 months and not only did it have everything we needed but it felt like home immediately. The communication with the hosts was insanely fast and we felt very taken care of. The property has so much space and our dogs especially enjoyed the amount of green grass. We took full advantage of the amenities and used the pool and hot tub every day. The misters were perfect to cool off during the hottest times so even at the peak of the summer we felt comfortable hanging outside. We had four adults working remotely and we never had problem with the wifi. We'll forever remember our desert summer of 2020!"

A grocery store very close by makes grocery shopping easy. The game room is a blast. We even rented a pool gate from a local company as we had little kids. This was a HUGE plus so they littles weren't able to jump in the pool without adult supervision. Would love to come back to this house."

This 7 bedroom home was well prepared for large parties with plenty of dishes, pots & pans, table seating and lounge seating to make it seem spacious and relaxed. The beds were new and comfortable and the home was very clean. We enjoyed playing in the pool with the waterfalls and felt like we were in our own private resort. We rented the estate for a company retreat and it turned out to be the perfect place to brainstorm, work and relax. They provided a game room - a great place for our staff to bond. "WOW - what an incredible vacation home! We were lucky enough to be Jen and Spencer's first guests at their newest vacation property and we were completely blown away! This house was clean, modern and luxurious. All kitchen appliances were brand new and was stocked with everything we needed to cook and entertain for the weekend. The beds were very comfortable with the softest linens and comfy mattresses - we even asked Jen where we could purchase them for our own home, haha. The living area was perfect - they have this incredibly cool media wall with a huge TV, bose sound bar for us to enjoy our music and a modern fireplace. We had 14 guests, and everyone kept raving about how immaculate and nicely decorated the home was. The pool was plenty big for the amount of guests we had, and the outside property was perfect for bocce ball, corn hole, etc. The game room was amazing for ping pong, darts, shuffle board, and pool. We even hired a taco bar and enjoyed an in-home massage therapist. All were fabulous and were icing on the cake to a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. It's further from the Palm Springs area where we usually go but the value is worth it for big groups. There is much to do on the property, between the game room, the entertainment screens in each room and the BBQ and pool, we never left for the 3 nights we stayed. "Beautiful place that was perfectly decorated. Modern but warm and cozy, even though the place was huge! Bigger than we thought from the pictures. Beds were comfy. The master bedroom was just amazing. I texted our house manager to ask if there were a pitcher and glasses for us to make sangrias and she bought a sangria mixer set with fruits to greet us! Excellent and thoughtful hospitality! The game room was an excellent addition but we didn't play in there too much because it was way too warm (the lighting heated up the room) and opening the garage doors would have made it too loud of the neighbors. Only downfall was one of our showers wasn't working. Kamila, our house manager sent someone to fix it but he couldn't get it done so was going to come back but never did. This didn't bother us too much because we just shared the other showers. Just a slight, not major, inconvenience. What would have made our weekend trip perfect was the ability to check out late. Too bad the house is so popular that it was booked the day we checked out. We will totally come back for sure!!"

The house was absolutely breath taking - the pictures don't do it justice!! When we arrived, the house was so welcoming - all the lights were on, music was playing, the fireplace was on and all the lights in the backyard. Truly a fairy tale birthday for myself and my guests! We were able to host dinner for 18 one evening comfortably and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved the game room and it was so nice to relax on the back patio with everyone after dinner. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of fresh towels for the bathrooms and the pool.
