Outdoors: Just outside the living room is the impressive, half acre backyard with modern lounge seating, al fresco dining for 12 with patio heater, built in & natural gas BBQ and a gas fire pit. The oasis-style pool has a large tanning shelf and spa with waterfall spillway. Adjacent to the outdoor dining area, guests can relax in the shade on an overstuffed hammock lounger or in the sun with one of several chaise lounges that surround the crystal-clear pool and spa. Just beyond the pool, around the corner to the western end of the home is a large lawn that provides ample space for a game of bocce ball or corn hole.
Indoors: All-new furnishings and fixtures, travertine floors and wood ceiling beams adorn the 3,600 square feet of the open-concept living space. Guests will find a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, wine refrigerator, walk-in pantry, double ovens and a 5-burner gas range with pot-filler; an impressive 9.5-ft dining table with seating for 8-10 and plenty of comfy lounge space in the living room with a large flat screen TV and funky décor. In need of a little more fun and entertainment? Head into the dedicated game room! Complete with shuffle board, a 50" mounted chess board, 4-person game table with oversized Restoration Hardware Monopoly game and an arcade unit with 120 classic arcade games such as Golden Tee, Space Invaders, Missile Command and more!
Through the hall off the living room guests will find the east-wing of the house where there are three purposefully designed bedrooms, each with their own TV, in addition to the primary suite that conveniently opens onto the pool courtyard through its own entrance. At west-wing of the property you will find the second primary with king bed, en suite bath and private entrance from the front courtyard. Through the courtyard there is a private casita with king bed and en suite bath as well.

There is space available for up to 5 cars total between the driveway and garage. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles not permitted.
We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.
LOCATION
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
