- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Yes! The entire property both inside and out is filled with speakers that are setup in different zones so you can enjoy it wherever you are and even have different music playing in different areas. To use, simply download the Sonos app and connect to our Wi-Fi system. You can then control your music from Spotify, Apple Music and more. Due to city regulations though, the outdoor music speakers will not work between the hours of 9PM and 8AM (the indoor ones will though). Please note that bringing your own outdoor speakers is strictly forbidden unless pre-approved by management and could result in a $5000 fine from the city of Palm Desert.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.

"This place was exactly what we are looking for. The house was huge and easily fit our families. The outdoor space was a dream. Location was ideal. Tennis courts; grocery stores; nature. The check in and communication throughout the stay was amazing. Only one small complaint if you are someone who bakes, bring your own measuring spoons."

"Had a fantastic weekend in the desert. The pool was clean and at the perfect temperature (it was in the 110s outside, so we did not need to heat it!). The spa heated up quickly for a dip when then night cooled off. BBQ worked flawlessly. We slept 12 adults easily, and the mattresses were vey comfortably. So nice to have so much space. Would love to return!"

"Jen’s place was absolutely gorgeous! The property was extremely spacious, spotless, and had everything we could’ve asked for. There were so many fun activities on-site, from mini golf to a volleyball net, that my friends loved the property so much we barely even left to explore Palm Springs!
Jen was also amazing throughout our stay—she was in constant communication, incredibly accommodating, and even helped arrange an early check-in, which made a huge difference since we had perishables with us.
We had such an amazing stay and are already looking forward to booking Jen’s place again in the future. Highly recommend this property for your next Palm Springs trip!"

"We hosted my daughter’s micro-wedding here, and it was the most beautiful setting for an intimate and personalized celebration. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, from the thoughtful Crumbl cookie gift to the soft music that greeted us. The outdoor space was perfect. Although we didn’t use the pool due to the weather, but a few ppl did enjoy the spa. We’re already planning to come back so we can enjoy more of the amenities, including the mini-golf and volleyball court. There is a strict noise ordinance in place but it was fine for us. Ceremony began at 3pm. Dinner drinks and dancing outside and then brought the fun inside at 9pm. Thank you to our hosts for helping us create the perfect dream wedding for my daughter. It was truly unforgettable."

Spacious & So Clean!

“This place was so spacious and so clean! My friends and I had a lovely time here. The pool, BBQ and volleyball courts were amazing so we ever had to leave. Jen was really nice and responsive. Most central location I've ever stayed in Palm Desert for sure. Check in and check out was simple and in synch. Will bookmark this spot and come back again!”

"My group thoroughly enjoyed this house. It had everything! Huge backyard and so many activities: ping pong, pool table, bocce, putting green, sand volleyball court, fire pit, and of course the main event is the huge pool and perfectly situated jacuzzi. Amazing kitchen and bathrooms. Great communication from the hosts. Can’t wait to book it again!"
Felt Like a Mini Resort
by Nancy

It was PERFECT.
by Stacey

"We had all our adult kids, and a few married ones. We were celebrating a week's worth of wedding festivities for one of them. It was PERFECT. Brought us all together, things to do for everyone. The house was impeccably spotless, perfect for large families. The location is close to everything. You cannot go wrong renting this place. We made a lot of memories and we still are reminiscing about them. The photos are exactly as the how looks. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this home! Thank you for giving us so many memories."
“If you're looking for an Airbnb that has every single amenity you can think of then this home is for you. We walked into the home to smooth jazz playing on the tv's which set the right ambiance. The home was clean and inviting. The backyard was just insanely entertaining! We spent hourssss out there and still feel like we wanted more time. The host was also very helpful prior to our trip in helping us with certain plans we were looking to make (i.e. private chef, restaurants, activities etc.) and they were very responsive & quick! We had a few leaves and things in the pool and asked for it to be clean and they were cleaning the pool within MINUTES! It was crazy, lol! But overall if your having a large family vacation or trip with friends this is the home to book!”

Best VRBO property I've ever stayed at
by Mike L
5/5
"We had high expectations for this property and they exceeded them. Everything as represented and then some. First (and we’ve stayed at many home rentals) everything in the house was properly equipped in both quantity and quality. Whether kitchen, bedroom, bathroom or outside, everything we needed was provided. Second, the outside was as spectacular and functional as we had hoped based on the pictures. Pool/hot tub combo was excellent (best home pool I’ve ever stayed at), fire pit used every night (including making s’mores) and hammock farm properly shaded. Most fun is sand volleyball pit, which we used extensively. Professional quality net and deep sand make for lots of fun. TVs all big with good pictures and lots of channels/networks easily available. Sound system outside is nice. Third, everything was spotless and felt new; nothing at all looked or felt dated. Finally, the management team (Travlyrs) was fantastic. They’re obviously local to the Palm Springs/Desert area and were incredibly responsive from making the reservation to changing it (due to Covid last year) to final arrangements and a couple minor requests during the stay. Very friendly as well. All in all, best VRBO property I’ve ever stayed at. Expensive, but absolutely got what I paid for."

Would love to return
by Brooke
5/5
"This is a beautifully decorated property. The host and company were extremely responsive. Great for several couples since all but one room has king/queen beds. The double washing machine was used quite a bit. Had every amenity that was needed. Also very close by to stores. They cannot help the hot weather but we couldn't enjoy the rest of the yard as much as we would have wanted. Pool was GREAT with outdoor sound system. Lots of space, beautiful grass. Felt like we were on our own resort. Would love to return at a different time of year."
The best Airbnb I've ever stayed in
by Jonathan
5/5
"This place is perfect. Seriously the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Jen is great and incredibly helpful. Pros: - Seriously the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. - Every detail of the property is done to perfection. - The photos are amazing, and I can confirm that the property is even better in person. - Ton of activities to do at the house, you won't want to leave - Host does a great job taking care of the place Cons: - Place is awesome but it is pricey. I do get it though - I didn't appreciate that we spent quite a lot of money and that an early check in (which was available) is an additional $200."
Amazing!
by Janelle
5/5
"I booked the house for my friends and I, and it was amazing! The house is beautiful and there were many rooms and beds so that everyone was comfortable. There was so much to do at the house that we didn't need to go out at all and we loved that. Jen was always quick to respond when I had questions about it during this year, and even last year (which I had to postpone due to Covid). I'd definitely recommend this space to anyone!"

This place was perfect!
by Trixia
5/5
"This place was perfect! We had a small family retreat with my parents and sister's family and it provided us the perfect platform for a fun vacation. We didn't even need to leave the house! The only time a couple of people left was to play golf- and there are sooo many courses in the neighborhood. The house was beautiful. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a private hotel! The ambiance created by the design, furniture, music, and scents set up by the team was reminiscent of a luxury hotel. The bunkbed room was a HIT with the kids. The wifi coverage and throughput was impressive - some of us were working during the week, and we were able to do 4 separate video conference meetings simultaneously at different ends of the house without any issues. One person was even outside in the back near the pool! We were there for the week, and the pool cleaner person was there twice to ensure a great pool experience. The Hammock area was also a hit, even in the hot July weather. Also want to note someone in our party required it to be wheelchair accessible, and we had no issues whatsoever! Great for the whole family! The team was so responsive and attentive, you cannot go wrong with this place. Kudos to all their efforts. We will likely rent this place in the winter holiday again if it's available!!"

We lucked out and were able to take our trip and this place was incredible. The pictures are accurate. The property is beautiful and comfortably fit 13 people. There’s so much to enjoy- the pool and hot tub were perfect. The hammock garden was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The service was on point making sure everything was as it should be. "This house was a dream that I didn’t want to wake up from. We stayed at Jen’s place with a group of 18 plus our French Bulldog and it far exceeded our expectations. We booked the house to celebrate our upcoming nuptials and staying at this house was exactly how we wanted to celebrate. It was so relaxing! The house is so beautifully decorated. Casper beds are like sleeping on a cloud. You have everything you need from a supply perspective and the amenities (indoor and outdoor)... my goodness... AMAZING. Outdoor: the pool, sand volleyball, ping pong/pool table, putting range, bocce balk, HAMMOCK GARDEN, fire pit... our group never had to/never wanted to leave the property. Jen and her team were communicative throughout the booking process, quickly responsive during the stay, and overall so incredibly easy to work with. I would definitely book with them again. Do yourself a favor and book this house NOW. You won’t regret it!"

Amazing amenities - an amazing place to stay!
by Caitlin

"Amazing amenities! Hosted a bachelorette party and this house was absolutely perfect. There was enough space for everyone, enough storage for wine/food, fully equipped for hosting a dinner party with a private chef, and fun activities throughout. It was important that everyone had fun but there were still opportunities for guests to have some private time due to the layout and the amenities. Plenty of opportunities for cute photo's. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Bathrooms sparkled. All in all - an amazing place to stay!"
Thank you so much for all of your assistance, Jen! My cousin genuinely enjoyed her bachelorette and absolutely loved the home. Thank you so much for making this all possible!

"We stayed at this Delaware Estate property with my family (total of 15 people) and it was great! To say the backyard is HUGE is an understatement :) There were so many different activities to enjoy during the day and nighttime, just perfect for our large family to keep everyone happy. The interior was equally impressive with really nice (and comfortable!) furniture and the bedding was amazing - so soft! I can go on and on... This property exceeded all of my expectations and the management company was awesome from the time we booked through check out. Thanks again!"
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY
by Dan
5/5
"Highly recommend this property! It’s location is perfect, right in the center of Palm Desert and close all of our favorite shops and restaurants. The house is brand new and has been fully remodeled by Jen! Thank you for being a gracious host and my group of friends are planning our dates to book this property again for the BNP Tennis Tournament in March and the Coachella Music Festival in April! Excited for the opportunity to stay at this brand new ultra luxury estate!"
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, BRAND NEW!
by Spencer
5/5
I was the first guest in this remodeled house that Jen just finished last week, and I was blown away by how amazing it was!!! It’s obvious from the photos how luxurious and gorgeous the interior is, however, the backyard was the highlight for my group. Pool was huge, we played volleyball all day and hung out at the fire pit at night.
This property is the reason why we stay in a professionally managed vacation home instead of a hotel. We had everything we needed for a great weekend and enjoyed every inch of this full remodeled home! The Casper mattresses were also an awesome choice, so comfortable :)
Highly recommended, very professional and everything was as described.
