Clubhouse was created to have a little something for everyone while maintaining complete privacy. Premium outdoor amenities include a large outdoor pool and spa with a rock waterfall, professional-grade, 7 hole putting green, outdoor kitchen situated under the custom and festive palapa with TV, built-in barbecue and bar seating for 8, 2 fireplaces, fire pit with lounge seating for 6, al fresco dining for 8 and outdoor lounge area with HDTV, hanging chairs, ping pong, corn hole and more! There is also a private casita with a queen bed, private seating area, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, en suite bath and fireplace!
Indoor entertaining is made easy with in the modern-chic and large open-concept great room with bright and airy kitchen, dining area and living room. This desert villa was completely remodeled inside and out in January 2018 with all new furniture throughout, new linens, terry and more! The chef-style kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities for hosting large get-togethers. The beautiful kitchen features all up-to-date stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, large sink, gas fueled stove top with 5 burners, toaster, blender, microwave and coffee machine. This area provides ideal views of the outdoor pool and lounge, providing inclusive areas for all to visit.
This desert getaway includes 5 modern and luxurious bedrooms, hotel-style amenities and premium linens.
The primary bedroom is well-suited with a King size bed, seating area, HDTV, large walk-in closet, modern décor and gorgeous French doors leading to the outdoor fire pit and lounge area. Attached to the primary is a spa-feel bath including an oversized bathtub, double sinks and vanity, a glass shower, private bathroom and an overly-spacious walk-in closet. The second suite features 2 queen size beds and plenty of room for luggage and gathering. The third suite includes 2 twin size beds, a HDTV, drawer space, and a shared jack and jill attached bath with double sinks and a separate bathroom with a shower. The fourth suite features one queen size bed, an HDTV, drawer space shared jack and jill bathroom and a door leading into the front gated courtyard area. The 5th bedroom is a private, detached casita that provides a feeling of ultra-privacy with its spacious and comfortable living room, kitchenette, en suite bathroom and bedroom with a queen size bed. Inside, there are 2 HDTVs, a fireplace and a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra bed space.

There is space available for up to 5 cars total between the driveway and garage. Street parking is not permitted.
We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.
If Reservation is canceled outside 60 days of arrival, any Payments made will be forfeited and Guest is released from financial liability on remaining balance owed. Cancellations with less than 60-day notice will result in 100% loss of all payment less any security deposit or damage waiver. Holidays, Special Events and Music Festival reservations are strictly non-refundable.

Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION FOR ANY FESTIVAL BOOKING.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: You agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local ordinances, which includes a “Good Neighbor Policy”. You are advised to keep in mind that vacation rental properties are located in quiet, private neighborhoods. Please respect our neighbors. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances of the City or HOA will be subject to an initial $500 fine followed by a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be issued any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Possible violations include, without limitation, sound amplification outdoors, over occupying parking areas, over occupying rental Property, and failing to follow your Agreement with Manager HOA Rules and Regulations allow for 24-hour quiet enjoyment of homeowner’s Property. While strict quiet hours are enforced between 9:00PM-8:00AM and no outdoor music or noise is permitted during those times, noise violations and fines may be cited at any time of day or night. Parking is not permitted on the streets at any time. There are no parties allowed at this Property. This Agreement and Guest’s reservation is subject to the Governing Documents of the HOA and/or City where the Property is located.
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $400 for both or $200 for either early check in or late check out.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
During the winter, the pools will be heated to 82-84 degrees, the fee is included in the cost of your rental.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
