Welcome to Granada! This beautiful custom estate is located in sunny Coachella, CA, with tons of great amenities for you and your guests to enjoy such as private pool and spa, sports court, full game room and outdoor kitchen to entertain year-round. With 5 bedrooms, 5 full ensuite bathrooms and a large corner lot, there is plenty of space for everyone to come together and relax!

Outdoors: The fun is endless! Open the fully retractable patio doors to take full advantage of the open concept design and custom outdoor living space. Hang out in the cool air-conditioned game room and challenge friends to a game of billiards or foosball. Float around in the private pool and spa, or just relax and stretch out in the sun on one of four lounge chairs. Afterwards, play a little one-on-one at the sports court's basketball net or even badminton! Dinners can be enjoyed at the covered outdoor dining table, outdoor TV, and seating for 8. The BBQ grill is illuminated with string lights. After dinner, take the spiral staircase up to the balcony, and catch the sunset along with mountain views.

Indoors: This home has it all - high ceilings and exposed beams, a beautifully lit chandelier, stone accents, and custom tile floors. Catch up with friends and family in the formal living room with indoor fireplace or enjoy extra sleeping space on the sofa bed. The gourmet kitchen features marble counter tops, dark wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances including a massive refrigerator, 10ft long center island, and 6 burner stove. Just off the kitchen is a formal dining room that seats 8. Looking to cuddle up and watch a movie or experience the weekends big game? Cozy up in the theater room, with an oversized sectional sofa that has four built-in reclining chairs!

Bedrooms: The Primary Suite is open and inviting with private balcony and exquisite views. Primary Suite amenities include a King bed, HDTV, ceiling fan, and additional seating area with Queen sofa bed. The Primary Suite continues to impress with custom shower at the center of the room, double sinks, and large walk-in closet. Suite 2 upstairs features a Full bed, HDTV, ceiling fan, reach-in closet, and en suite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Suite 3 offers a Full bed, ceiling fan, reach-in closet, and en suite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Suite 4 is downstairs and has a Queen bed, HDTV, ceiling fan, and attached bathroom with hallway access. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Suite 5 is the front detached casita and features a Queen bed, HDTV, and ceiling fan. The en suite bathroom has a sink, large tiled shower and exterior door to the front courtyard.

Game Room: Enjoy your getaway with this large game room equipped with a full-size refrigerator, barstool seats for six, big screen TV with an Xbox and two plush chairs. Challenge your friends and family at a game of pool, play doubles on the nice foosball table or one on one on the dart board or kick back on the sectional sofa.

Bed Summary: 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Full, 2 Queen sofa beds. Sleeps 14.

There is space available for up to 5 cars total between the driveway and garage. Street parking is not permitted.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If Reservation is canceled outside 60 days of arrival, any Payments made will be forfeited and Guest is released from financial liability on remaining balance owed. Cancellations with less than 60-day notice will result in 100% loss of all payment less any security deposit or damage waiver. Holidays, Special Events and Music Festival reservations are strictly non-refundable. 
- Holiday Timeframes Include: New Year 's, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Music Festival Timeframes Include: Coachella Weekend 1, Coachella Weekend 2, Stagecoach, Desert Trip Weekend 1, Desert Trip Weekend 2. 
- Special Event Timeframes Include: BNP Paribas, CareerBuilder Challenge

Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION FOR ANY FESTIVAL BOOKING. 

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: You agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local ordinances, which includes a “Good Neighbor Policy”. You are advised to keep in mind that vacation rental properties are located in quiet, private neighborhoods. Please respect our neighbors. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances of the City or HOA will be subject to an initial $500 fine followed by a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be issued any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Possible violations include, without limitation, sound amplification outdoors, over occupying parking areas, over occupying rental Property, and failing to follow your Agreement with Manager HOA Rules and Regulations allow for 24-hour quiet enjoyment of homeowner’s Property. While strict quiet hours are enforced between 9:00PM-8:00AM and no outdoor music or noise is permitted during those times, noise violations and fines may be cited at any time of day or night. Parking is not permitted on the streets at any time. There are no parties allowed at this Property. This Agreement and Guest’s reservation is subject to the Governing Documents of the HOA and/or City where the Property is located.

LOCATION 
Close to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is a fee of $400 for both or $200 for either early check in or late check out.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. 

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. 

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
During the winter, the pools will be heated to 82-84 degrees, the fee is included in the cost of your rental. 

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. 

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. 

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! 

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
