We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests’ and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.
Close by is the famous El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta areas with excellent dining and shopping options. If you are looking to play golf, we are minutes from PGA West with three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament.
Enjoy some of the many world-class events like the Humana Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic). Or if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held early to mid-March, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals just minutes down the road hosted at the famous Polo Grounds where you can also enjoy top-ranked polo matches free of charge and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time!

Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Yes! The entire property both inside and out is filled with speakers that are setup in different zones so you can enjoy it wherever you are and even have different music playing in different areas. To use, simply download the Sonos app and connect to our Wi-Fi system. You can then control your music from Spotify, Apple Music and more. Due to city regulations though, the outdoor music speakers will not work between the hours of 9PM and 8AM (the indoor ones will though). Please note that bringing your own outdoor speakers is strictly forbidden unless pre-approved by management and could result in a $5000 fine from the city of Palm Desert.

The property is pretty large but the social area - pool family room and kitchen - are central so that worked for us so we could all be in the same area. There is also pickleball, etc on the property. It was pretty dang hot and the air conditioning was spot on. Def recommend."

"We had an amazing time at this property! It had absolutely everything we needed and so many fun activities to enjoy! The decor is modern and beautiful and the landscaping is quintessential Palm Desert! All of our guests loved the house!! I will say that renting a car is highly encouraged as this property is a bit far from everything, so Ubers can get expensive. My only complaint is the sulfur/sewer smell that radiants on occasion due to it being located next to the house. We thought it was a gas leak at first, but turns out it was the sewage."

"This is my second time staying at Casa Roca and I highly recommend it. It's got a lot of bedrooms, and everyone can really spread out. We were five people and it felt like heaven - and surely would have if we had two families staying there. The pool was perfect - loved the water slide. We grilled outdoors, played bocce and used the putting green, had great meals, and everyone slept great in the peaceful surroundings. Don't miss the extraordinary views from the hot tub. "Fantastic, four day stay. Our recent trip to Palm Desert stay at Casa Roca was really great. The facility was first class but what was really impressive was the organization supporting our stay. TRAVLR has systems in place that guarantee that the house is in good condition, mechanical parts are in working order from the hot tub to the dishwasher, the rooms are comfortable, there are fresh bathing and swimming towels, there is a resource for when we have questions, communication documents were clear, and the kitchen was in fantastic shape in terms of items that we might need. Our host, Jen, was delightful to work with as was her associate, German, and the people we talked to on the TRAVLR hotline during and after hours. We rebooked the same house for next year immediately. Airbnb should also be commended for attracting such a high-quality property. We had a different experience in Scottsdale and Airbnb handled that exceptionally well. TRAVLR has 40 or so houses and is awesome."

"Fourteen of our family stayed for a week to attend our eldest son's wedding in front of the 18th green at Indian Wells C.C. Casa Rosa is spectacular both inside and outside. It's inside is spacious: large kitchen, two refrigerator/freezers, rooms for lounging, pool table, eight bedrooms all with TV's, (some bedrooms with private and others with Jack & Jill bathrooms) and one huge room with three beds, couch, large TV and more. The interior is just perfect for a large or smaller group. The outside property is loaded with activities for all ages: a bocce ball sand court, pickleball court, basketball hoop, putting green, three hammocks, large pool with hot tub on top of a hill, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen/grill with large TV and sitting area (all in working order), picturesque views of the desert valley everywhere one looks...simply stated, we could not have been more pleased!"

"Like the title says, this property offers a whole lot. We are an extended family - 6 adults, 4 kids (ages 3.5 to 8) and everyone was happy. The house is clean and spacious with lots of lounging areas, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped and has a nice layout with great room and patio door to outside. Outside, the pool is wonderful (we paid to have it heated a bit higher for January). Hot tub is great and views are lovely. We used the fire pit and all the other many outdoor amenities. Clearly, a lot of thought went into this home. Right down to the 2 washers and 2 dryers. We didn't feel the need to leave the property too much in 3.5 days, but there is great hiking nearby, plenty of restaurants, grocery. Communication, from start to finish, was excellent. (That's always a big plus in our book.) All in all, we highly recommend this home and most likely will rent again!"

"This was hands down the most incredible Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. As beautiful as the pictures are, they don’t do it justice. I stayed here with a large group of girlfriends and there was plenty of space with no shortage of bedrooms / bathrooms. My favorite part of the property is the outside. The outdoor cabana is perfect for games and hanging out, the pool / water slide are perfect for warm days, and with the pickleball court, basketball, golf, etc there is limitless activities. I can’t forget the hot tub which is a short hike with insane views of palm desert and a gorgeous place to see the sunset. Everyone in our group said this was the most epic home they’ve ever stayed. Jen and her team were also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I cannot recommend enough!"

"We booked this incredible property after deliberating and comparing with other similar luxury rentals. Here’s why this one stood out over the rest: 1. King/ Cal King beds in every single bedroom. No one wants a Queen, unless it’s a shared room with multiple beds (like the lovely A-frame space which easily became our favorite room in the house. It’s perfect for a large family with multiple children or throw all your teens in one room!) 2. Gorgeous, cohesive design with luxury high end furniture. This detail might not matter to some, but for us, we wanted a highly instagrammable property to take loads of family pictures. Every single corner is so beautiful, our vacation pictures turned out amazing! 3. KILLER outdoor space. Pool was heavenly, even the adults loved the slide, there’s bocci ball, tennis, pickle ball, hammocks, large grassy area, covered veranda, outdoor grill… I could go on and on Gave this place 5 out of 5 stars, but here’s a note for improvement: - Fridge was beeping the entire time we were there. Maybe needed a filter change? - Microwave is not intuitive to use. Takes some getting used to. - Gas burners were very weak. We only got 1 good burner. It took over an hour to boil a pot of water to make pasta for our family. So be forewarned if you’re planning on cooking a lot. Overall, I would definitely book again next time we’re in town. Or perhaps even check out this property manager’s other local listings. They’re all so fab! You can’t go wrong!"

"The property was beautiful! It had enough rooms for our group of 15. The pool and outdoor area is wonderful. We used the outdoor kitchen a couple of the nights and it was great. The property manager responded very quickly to our questions and requests."

"The property was better than advertised. Amazing location with great amenities. The property is vast, with all the options to relax play and to entertain family and friends. I enjoyed both a business retreat with my senior staff holding meetings etc. Also had friends over for the weekend to golf and enjoy the property and just relax. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable, the beds were wonderful. High end Finishings throughout the home, the backyard is a dream to entertain in. From the pool to spa, to covered patio, nothing missed in this fantastic design. Highly recommend…"

"WOW. What to say about this incredible home! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the style of the home, the incredible amount of space, the what seemed to be unlimited activities -- swimming in the huge pool, bocce ball, A PICKLE BALL COURT!, outdoor kitchen and dining table, hot tubs, hammocks, put put golf... Truly an amazing place for a small or large group -- I hosted my team of 10 there for a retreat for 5 nights and we did not get bored once. Close to palm desert where there were shops, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Also super close to some hiking trails that we enjoyed. Not only was the house like a stunning mini-resort all to yourself, our hosts were incredible at helping answer any questions or helping assist any problems that came up - truly stellar hosting and communication, which we are thankful for. We can't wait to visit other properties of theirs for future retreats!"

"All i can say is we love love love this home. So spacious for a large family. The kids enjoyed the slide but be aware its on the deeper end of the pool. Such a stylish comfortable home. We cant wait to come back! The host was so nice and checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. We will be coming back!"

Absolutely fell in love with Casa Roca!! Stayed with family and friends for a week!! Felt like we were in our own little private resort!! Inviting feel with beautiful decor from the moment you drive up!! We spent most of our time outside in the AMAZING pool and had most of our meals in the stunning outdoor patio! Pickle ball court, outdoor movie nights, and beautiful boho hammock area were a big hit with the teenagers as well as us grownups!! The jacuzzi with breathtaking mountain views was a relaxing little hideaway within our little paradise. Location was perfect!! Early morning walks around the neighborhood was my favorite way to start my days. This property was definitively meant to give you no reason to leave! But if you must, there is high end shopping and restaurants 5 minutes away! I kinda took advantage of that as well! I just can’t say enough! Very thoughtful attention and consideration was given to making this property the perfect getaway!Can’t wait to come back!!

"This house was Aaaaammmmazzzing!!! Perfect for 3 families with tons of kids. Plenty of room. Literally everyone had a room. Views were to die for. Close to everything you need - food, shopping entertainment! The kitchen is well stocked. They even had bathrooms all stocked with plenty toilet paper, body wash, shampoo/conditioner (and not the cheap stuff). We bbq’ed most nights and ate outside by the pool. It really was like being at a private resort. We did encounter a snake on the pathway to the hot tub (2 days in a row). But…. It was not really next to us, it was minding its own business AND the owner was willing to send someone out to get it right away (it was non-venomous and the desert is it’s home). The key take away is the owner is super responsive! This was really like a 5 star resort!!! We would definitely rent it again."
