The island is home to a gas stovetop and additional seating for four guests, while the sink overlooks a large window that offers you views into the beautiful outdoor space. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need to whip up a homemade meal (minus the foodstuffs) and enough place settings to accommodate the full capacity of the home.
Main Home Bedrooms
All of the bedrooms feature similar amenities, including new Casper gel mattresses, Smart TVs, ceiling fans, and of course air conditioning. The master suite is located just off of the main living area and features a king size bed, a writing desk, and a 65-inch TV. The master also has the added perk of an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a freestanding tub. You’ll also have private access to the front courtyard through double glass doors that is outfitted with a seating area perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or simply taking in the great views. Bedroom two features a queen size bed and shared a bathroom with bedroom three and one of the casitas. Bedroom three offers a king size bed. Bedrooms five and six both offer king size beds, reach-in closets, and they share a jack and jill bathroom.
Casita Bedrooms
Bedroom seven is located in one of the casitas, which is located in a converted garage space, offers private access from the game room, and features a king size bed. This casita shares a full bathroom with bedroom eight located in the adjacent casita. Bedrooms eight and nine offers queen size bunk beds, with the bedroom nine casita also offering a writing desk area. No matter which bedroom, casita, or suite you choose, you’ll be staying in the full luxury of our Base Camp property!
Resort-Style Outdoor Area
Perhaps the most impressive part of the Base Camp property is the outdoor space. Rather than feeling like a private home, the backyard is transformed into your own private resort! You’ll find two saltwater swimming pools on the property, each featuring ample lounge chairs and shade from large umbrellas. One of the pools features a hot tub with a small waterfall going into the pool. Relax in the hammock garden, which is the perfect place to read a book, watch the sunset, or gaze at the stars. Guests will also enjoy gathering around the fire pit during those chilly desert nights! For those who like to stay active, take full advantage of the private bocce ball court and sand volleyball court. Throughout the outdoor space, you’ll find plenty of seating so that guests can flow comfortably throughout the area. Last, but certainly not least, the built-in gas barbeque features a mini fridge, plenty of counter space, and additional seating to help you pull off the perfect pool party!

In addition to all of the amenities listed previously, Base Camp features extra perks such as a private driveway that can accommodate up to six cars, cable TV access in every bedroom, and Wi-Fi and high-speed internet throughout the home. It also features two private washers and dryers. Near the property, you’ll also have access to a community tennis court and the many hiking trails in the area.

The Coachella Music and Arts Festival is a highly anticipated and well-loved music festival presented by Goldenvoice at the Empire Polo Club grounds in Indio, CA and has been a staple in the music world for more than 20-years! In 2022, the festival is slotted to make its massive return April 15th through the 17th and April 22nd through April 24th. Record crowds are expected to make their way to Coachella upon its exciting return, which gives reason to ticket presale options already getting underway. As of June 4, 2021, ticket options opened to the public, and to date, options to hop on the waitlist for both weekends of musical entertainment and fun are underway as well. The monetary advantages of booking tickets now for Coachella 2022 comes down to timing and financing options which are bound to make this festival more accessible than ever before. There are currently two payment plans available for purchasing tickets in advance. Festivalgoers who book tickets through June 11, 2021, will enjoy the opportunity to put only $99 down at the time of payment, then split the remaining balance up over eight months through February 2022.
Those festival enthusiasts who purchase tickets to Coachella through November 11, 2021, will enjoy the option to book at a reduced price of 25% down, then enjoying the convenience of dividing the remaining balance over 3-months. General Admission Specifics
